Hebei Xinyuantai Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd. was established in 1998.Located in Cangzhou Eco&Tech Development Zone Hebei Province which is close to the Bohai Sea, it enjoys convenient transportation, developed communication systems and vast territory .The company takes up 98,000m2 and Its building area is up to 36,000 m2 . There are 488 employees in the company and among them 38 people got high professional posts. The total assets can reach up to RMB3.6 million.
The company now holds one ¦Õ140-¦Õ381 middle straight seam steel pipe production line and four production lines of¦Õ219-¦Õ2032 bifilar double-side spiral welding pipes with submerged arcs. The annual production capacity is of 380,000 tons of different specifications and the annual output amounts to RMB1.2 billion. It has imported Lincoin auto-welding equipments from the USA and advanced steel pipes production equipments from Germany which are of specific characteristic both in workmanship and technology. Thus makes it easy to produce qualified steel pipes of Q235,Q345 and X42-¡Á70 grades according to the standards of petroleum industry, national regulations and the API spec 5Lstandards of American Petroleum ,coal gas, natural gas. Heat power. Etc.
For years, the company has constantly made technical reform to the production technology and inspecting equipments, enhanced quality control of the product and purchased many kinds of advanced inspecting equipments including online ultrasonic auto flaw detector, X-ray industrial TV.X-ray real time imagery system 2,000t static hydraulic pressure tester, universal material testing machine, charpy impact tester, sulphur carbide analyses machine and many other important inspecting systems which assured product`s development. The company employed many steel pipe production experts and engineers from Liaoning Sichuan.Shandong,Henan,Jiangxi,Fujian,Hubei,Gansu, Xingjiang,and inner Mongolia and has achieved good reputation form customers.
While with the setting up of the company, the company always follows the way of hiring talent, raising talent and making use of talent as the base of the company¡¯s development. And has employed many steel pipe production experts and engineers form Liaoning,Sichuan,Shanghai Shanxi and many other provinces and cities. ¡±Talent flats¡± has been built .More than 20 cars provided to them to make convenience for the employees` lives and work.

The company has purchased 2 gantry cranes and 4 automobile cranes with a maximum capacity of 35 toms. The company has its own transport team that consists of 158 big lorries, so that the steel pipes can be delivered to the destination in time.
The company has passed ISO 9002 quality attestation in 2000,and switched from 9001 to2000 successfully, in August.2003, it has passed API attestation by American Petroleum Institute and was authorized to use its symbol. At the same time, the company has achieved the Environment/Security Certificate which elevated its administration standards and which enabled the company to obtain the pass to the overseas market.
In order to enlarge production scales and make strengthen technical and product innovation, the company has newly purchased 270,000 m2 areas that closes to the North Cangzhou expressway entrance to develop a Sino-Germany joint venture project.
